Preparing for Cup Draw

I am organising the cup draw this week for fixtures on 4 December. I believe from previous responses that all teams in the league will be entering the Open Trophy (cup) except for Kings Head, Plough Inn A, Plough Inn B and Steam Packet. If I have this wrong or a team wants to change their mind (in or out) please let me know in the next couple of days.
