I am working on the new series of the classic 80s quiz show Blockbusters for Sky Challenge.
We are currently looking for people to take part in the series, so I hoped it might be possible to forward to attached info and application form on to the members of the Derbyshire Pub Quiz League to see anyone would be keen to get involved?
If anyone is interested then they simply need to send the application form back to us at blockbusters@talkbackthames.tv
It would also be a great help if you were able to mention us on Facebook/Twitter should you use them. This is the text we update our statuses with – BLOCKBUSTERS IS BACK! If you are interested in applying for the brand new series of the popular TV quiz show ‘Blockbusters’ then email blockbusters@talkbackthames.tv for an application form!

You all know that it is an urban legend that Bob Holness played the saxophone solo on Gerry Rafferty’s ‘Baker Street’, but did you know that the story was invented by the pop journalist Stuart Maconie? Or that while Bob was recording the original ‘Blockbusters’ at Central TV’s Nottingham studios I held the door open for him several times, and vice versa, without either of us saying a word as I recall?
